Cost can vary tremendously for a newly installed onsite wastewater system. The lowest priced "conventional" systems start in the $2,500 to $3,000 dollar range. Of course, the more complex the onsite system, the more the cost. Inovative systems could range as high as $40,000.

INSPECTIONS

Our inspections prices start at $200 and can go as high as $500, depending on the complexity of the onsite system that needs an inspection. These inspections are sometimes needed to close on a mortage loan and are always a good thing to do for peace of mind.

OPERATIONS

Our operations maintenance contracts start at $250 per year. The maintenance contract is based on the health departments onsite maintenance requirements. A yearly maintenance contract helps ensure that you get many years of service from your onsite wastewater system. Like most things, if you don't look after it, it won't last a long time.

REPAIRS

Repairs are usually pretty expensive, especially if the repair is needed due to a system failure. Costs usually start around the $7,000 range. We work closely with the health department on repairs.
